# Frequently asked questions about Palawan van transfers

## How do I book my transfer?

Book directly through this website: pick your route, travel date, number of passengers, and vehicle type. Once your booking is confirmed you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

## Where will the driver meet me at Puerto Princesa Airport?

Our driver or representative meets you at the airport arrival area holding a sign with your name, or contacts you via WhatsApp / your provided number after your flight lands.

## What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flight arrival times whenever possible — add your flight number to your booking and we'll watch it. For reasonable delays we adjust your pickup at no extra charge.

## Can I be picked up from my hotel instead of the airport?

Yes. Pickup from Puerto Princesa Airport or any hotel within Puerto Princesa City is complimentary on eligible routes. Just enter your hotel name (and room number) when booking.

## Can I be dropped off at my hotel?

Yes — we drop off at most hotels within El Nido or Puerto Princesa City, depending on your route. Some remote locations carry an additional surcharge, shown before you pay.

## Do you run vans to Port Barton or San Vicente?

Yes, as private transfers on request. Message the WhatsApp desk with your date, pickup point and group size and we quote the trip. Port Barton and San Vicente are each about 3 to 4 hours from Puerto Princesa. Shared seats run between Puerto Princesa and El Nido only.

## Is there an extra charge for Lio Beach pickups or drop-offs?

For shared transfers, a ₱1,000 surcharge applies only if you are the only passenger requesting pickup or drop-off in the Lio Beach area — paid to the driver, never charged online. For private transfers, a ₱1,000 surcharge applies for locations beyond the Lio Beach area.

## How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring one standard suitcase and one small carry-on. Oversized luggage, surfboards, bicycles, or multiple large bags? Message us before booking so we can plan space.

## Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes — you can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup, right from your booking page. Contact us as early as possible and we'll help.

## Do you offer private transfers?

Yes — both shared seats and private vans. A private transfer gives your group exclusive use of the vehicle, a flexible pickup time, and direct travel.

## What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, on the spot. Reserve your seats online, then pay the driver in Philippine pesos when you board — the exact peso amount is locked at booking and printed on your confirmation, so there are no surprises.

## How long is the trip?

Approximate travel times: Puerto Princesa ↔ El Nido 5–6 hours. Times vary with traffic, road conditions, and weather.

## Are there rest stops during the journey?

Yes. Drivers make one or more short stops where you can use the restroom, buy snacks, and stretch before continuing.

## Are your transfers available every day?

Yes — shared and private transfers run daily, subject to seat availability and weather conditions.

## Is the transfer safe?

Yes. We work with licensed local transport partners and experienced drivers. Safe, reliable, comfortable transportation across Palawan is the whole point.

## Who should I contact if I need help?

Reach our support team on WhatsApp, by email, or via the contact details in your booking confirmation — before and during your trip.

## Is there a flight from Puerto Princesa to El Nido?

No. No airline flies between Puerto Princesa and El Nido. Sites that sell that ticket route you back through Manila: two flights, a connection and most of a day. The van does it in 5–6 hours, and your driver waits if your flight is late.
