# Privacy Policy

## Who we are

My Philippines Trip (“My PH Trip”, “we”) operates a booking platform for van transfers in Palawan, Philippines. We act as the merchant of record for bookings made on this site.

## What we collect

To process a booking we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, pickup/drop-off location, and optionally your flight number. Bookings are paid in cash to your driver, so we do not collect or store card details at all and no payment processor receives your data. If you contact us or join our mailing list, we store the details you provide.

## How we use it

Your data is used to operate your transfer: confirming your booking, coordinating pickup with the assigned driver, sending service notifications by email and WhatsApp, and handling refunds or changes. We do not sell personal data. Transactional messages are part of the service; marketing is only sent with consent and never to anyone under 18.

## Sharing

We share the minimum needed with: our transport partner and the assigned driver (passenger names, pickup point, headcount); and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, error monitoring), who process data on our behalf.

## Your rights (including GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Residents of the Philippines have equivalent rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012. To exercise any right, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

## Retention

Booking and payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised. Lead and contact data is deleted on request.
