Make your flight — or your money back

A transfer company that runs airport routes has exactly one job: leave on time. So we put money on it. This page is the entire guarantee — no asterisk footnotes, no claim forms.

What triggers it

Your van departs more than 15 minutes after its scheduled time for reasons within our control — driver, vehicle, or our scheduling. That's the trigger. You don't have to prove a missed flight; the late departure itself is enough.

What you get

Your fare back. All bookings are paid in cash on the spot, so a guaranteed-late departure simply means you don't pay — the fare is waived and your pesos stay in your pocket. The guarantee covers the fare only — never consequential costs like a rebooked flight or an extra hotel night.

Weather and road closures

Typhoons, landslides, and road closures are outside anyone's control. When they stop a trip, we rebook you on the next available departure for free — the money-back trigger applies to failures on our side, not to Palawan's weather.

How flights fit in

Add your flight number when you book (or later from your booking page). We collect it 48 hours before departure and monitor delays: if your inbound flight slips, we offer to roll you to a later van at no charge. For airport-bound trips, pick a departure that reaches the airport at least 2.5 hours before your flight — that buffer is what makes the guarantee meaningful.

How to claim

You usually don't have to: departure times are logged by the driver, and a guaranteed-late departure is waived from our side — the driver simply doesn't collect. If you think we missed one, message the support desk on WhatsApp with your booking code and we'll check the trip log.

The guarantee applies to every departure on every route — shared seats and private vans alike. Your own plans changing is a different thing: you get one free reschedule up to 24 hours before departure; the guarantee is about us failing you, not the other way around.
