The service
My PH Trip sells van transfer seats and private van charters between Puerto Princesa and El Nido, Palawan. Transport is performed by our accredited local partner and their licensed drivers; My PH Trip is your merchant of record and point of contact.
Bookings & payment
Prices are displayed in USD and charged or collected in Philippine pesos (PHP); the peso amount is fixed at booking time and is not recalculated later. All bookings are paid in cash to your driver on the day — no card is required and none is taken online. Cash bookings must be confirmed as instructed or they expire, and cash is due in full at pickup. Bookings are for adults (18+); minors travel with a booking adult.
Changes, cancellations & refunds
One free reschedule is included up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellation and refund windows are shown at checkout and on your booking page. Because bookings are paid in cash at pickup, a cancellation releases your seats and no money changes hands — there is nothing to refund. No-shows are not refundable, and we may ask you to book through our support desk in future.
Pickup & delays
Please be ready at your pickup point at the scheduled time. Remote pickup areas may carry a surcharge, shown before you pay. Travel times in Palawan can vary with weather and road conditions; we may adjust departures for safety and will notify you of material changes.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
